1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

4. Account Responsibilities

You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that takes place through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. 4.3 Personal Use Only. Your kkpb account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other individual to use your account to place bets, access games, or conduct transactions. Use of an account by anyone other than the registered account holder is a breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner or user of the payment method being used. kkpb reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

5.5 No Third-Party Payments. kkpb does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit received from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to players who have completed identity verification (KYC), have a positive real-money balance in their account, and have met all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus funds received.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. kkpb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

6.3 Processing Time. kkpb aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and any outstanding verification requirements. kkpb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible registered players as specified in the terms of each individual offer. kkpb reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and time limits applicable to each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms at the time of issue.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. kkpb actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming a promotion multiple times using multiple accounts, using promotional funds to place opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or any other strategy designed to manipulate the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is identified, kkpb reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to close the account.

7.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets not used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

7.5 Changes to Promotions. kkpb reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed prior to the change taking effect.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. kkpb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a bet is suspected to have been placed in bad faith, or where the total liability exposure on a particular market exceeds internal risk thresholds.

8.2 Obvious Errors. In the event that kkpb or its game providers publish materially incorrect odds, payout tables, or game parameters due to a technical or human error, kkpb reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. kkpb will not be obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds that no reasonable person would have believed to be intentional.

8.3 Disconnections. kkpb is not responsible for losses suffered as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or service interruptions on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live casino game or an in-play bet, the outcome of the round or event at the point of reconnection shall be the determining result.

8.4 Game Results. • Cricket betting markets are settled based on official scorecards issued by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, kkpb's specific market rules for that sport shall determine the settlement outcome.
• Live casino game results are determined by the game provider's systems and are final once the round is concluded.
• Slot and mini-game results are generated by certified RNG and are final once the spin or round is complete.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkpb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age information during or after registration.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different names.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kkpb platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software code, databases, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kkpb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kkpb platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 Platform Availability. kkpb does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kkpb reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the platform, or any part of it, at any time and without prior notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

11.3 Third-Party Services. kkpb integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. kkpb is not responsible for failures, errors, or delays attributable to third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers.

11.4 Player Decisions.
